Focoose is still being built, and you are welcome to use it

The platform is in active development. You can sign up, connect a mailbox, run your boards and test it properly — that is what it is here for, and the feedback is the point.

We are not taking subscription payments yet. Nobody is charged, no card is held, no account is locked for not paying, and no invoice is issued. The price below is what it will cost — it is not what you owe today.

When Focoose is finished and ready for customers, small companies and startups, we will notify you first, and only then does a subscription begin. Nothing starts charging you quietly in the background.

1. Who you are contracting with

Focoose (“the Service”) is operated by Zulfi Ismailov-Demiri, Richardstr. 14, 26725 Emden, Deutschland. These terms govern your use of it.

2. What the Service does

Focoose is a web application for planning your attention: scheduled focus points with email reminders, an email client that screens unknown senders, and shared boards whose untouched cards park themselves. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Your account

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. Anyone with access to that mailbox can sign in as you, so keep it secure. Your sign-in is personal — do not share it — though an account may have several people in it, each signing in with their own address.

You are responsible for what you put into Focoose, and for having the right to put it there — including any mailbox you connect, and anyone you invite.

4. Trial

While Focoose is in preview, there is no trial and no time limit. Use it for as long as you like, free, with no card and no countdown. No account locks out for not paying, because there is nothing to pay.

When Focoose is ready and subscriptions open, we will email you first — and only then does anything below about trials, payment or lockouts start to apply.

5. Price and payment

The Service costs 7,00 € per account, per month — no VAT is charged — Kleinunternehmer under §19 UStG. One subscription covers everyone in the account: the owner pays, and the people they invite are covered by it. There is one plan. There are no tiers and no upsells.

Payment is by bank transfer (SEPA) to the account shown on your billing page, quoting the reference given there so we can match it to your account. Once we see the transfer, we unlock the account — normally within one working day.

We do not store card details and we hold no payment mandate, so we cannot debit you. Each month is a transfer you actively choose to make.

6. Cancellation

You cancel by not paying. There is no notice period, no cancellation form, and nobody to talk to. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account locks.

You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time, by emailing id@werkkasten.com.

7. Right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise it, inform us by a clear statement — an email to id@werkkasten.com is enough. You may use the model withdrawal form, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the period expires.

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed, using the same means of payment you used.

In practice this rarely arises: the 30-day trial is free and unpaid, so there is nothing to withdraw from until you choose to send us money.

8. Availability

We work to keep Focoose running, but we do not promise any particular uptime, and we offer no service level agreement. We may take the Service down for maintenance.

Focoose sends reminders by email. Email delivery depends on networks and mail providers we do not control, so a reminder can be delayed or fail. Do not rely on Focoose as the sole safeguard for anything where a missed reminder would be serious.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for a breach of an essential contractual obligation, and then only for foreseeable damage typical of this kind of contract. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

10. Ending your account from our side

We may suspend or close an account that is being used to break the law, to harm the Service, or to send unsolicited bulk email. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and refund any unused paid period.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will email you before the change takes effect. If you do not accept the change, you may stop paying, which ends the contract.

12. Governing law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live.
